Olfa oversees the legal strategy of the company, with a focus on intellectual property, brand protection, and digital media.
Prior to Fashion Nova, Olfa was the General Counsel for Dolls Kill from 2021- early 2025. Her tenure at Dolls Kill was marked by adept handling of complex legal challenges and strategic leadership in securing the company’s intellectual assets across global markets.
Olfa began her career at Ogilvy & Mather in Paris, a leading global advertising firm, where she managed significant intellectual property and entertainment law matters for clients in the luxury, beauty, and fashion industries. She then honed her expertise at Dentons in Paris, specializing in intellectual property, media, and new technology law for an international clientele. Olfa has also previously held counsel positions at Morrison Rothman, LLP, and ADLI Law Group in Los Angeles, focusing on IP branding and digital media within the fashion, tech, and luxury sectors. A dual-qualified attorney in Paris and California, Olfa holds a Juris Doctor from CEIPI, France, and is fluent in both English and French.
