EIA Fights Back Against “Quiet Hours” Shakedown Litigation

The Ecommerce Innovation Alliance (EIA) and other petitioners filed a petition today with the FCC to address an alarming surge in frivolous litigation exploiting the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
